Louis D. Flori concentrates in corporate, commercial and real estate law. He was admitted to the Virgin Islands Bar in 2000 and the State of New York Bar in 2002. Prior to Flori receiving his bachelor's of science from the University of Maine, Augusta and his J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law, Mr. Flori was a Realtor Associate with Coldwell Banker Real Estate as well as having served in the U.S. Army, principally with the 6th Cavalry Brigade - Air Combat. Mr. Flori also studied comparative legal and economic systems at the University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong 1997 and the University of Buckingham, Buckingham, England 1998. Mr. Flori is a member of the business law and international law section of the ABA.
