Employment & Labor Law

Partner Bennett Chan heads our Labor and Employment Law Department. His department handles cases on behalf of management involving the defense of both administrative and civil wrongful termination and discrimination claims. There are a number of local statutes governing these claims that do not exist anywhere else in the United States. Mr. Chan also handles collective bargaining issues, including negotiations as well as the representation of management in grievance and arbitration hearings.
