Adriane J. Dudley
Senior partner Adriane J. Dudley handles labor matters, civil litigation and government relations. Ms. Dudley negotiates for management with labor unions, manages unionization campaigns, litigates employee law matters and counsels clients on their relations with the Virgin Islands Government and the Virgin Islands Economic Development Commission. She also serves as a certified arbitrator and mediator. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Simmons College and received her J.D. in 1972 from Northeastern University School of Law. Ms. Dudley is a member of the Virgin Islands Bar, the Massachusetts Bar, American Bar Association and the American Arbitration Association. From 1996 to 1999, Dudley was a member of the American Bar Association's Board of Governors.
Bennett Chan
Managing Partner Bennett Chan, a native of Flushing, New York, received his bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 1981, and his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 1984. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1985 and the Virgin Islands Bar in 1986. Chan is a member of the Virgin Islands and American Bar Associations, and has been a member of the Virgin Islands Committee of Bar Examiners since 2000.
As chair of the Labor and Employment Law Department, Mr. Chan handles cases on behalf of management involving the defense of both administrative and civil wrongful termination and discrimination claims. He works closely with various employers regarding the preparation of employee policy and benefits manuals. He also counsels clients on plant openings, closings and transfers.

Elizabeth A. Clark:
Elizabeth A. Clark was admitted to the New York Bar in 1986 and the Virgin Islands Bar in 1988. She is a member of the New York, Virgin Islands, California and American Bar Associations. Clark received her bachelor's degree from City University of New York Hunter College in 1972, and her J.D. from Colombia University Law School in New York City.
Clark's practice is focused primarily on real estate and banking, with an emphasis on transactions and litigation. Prior to joining the firm, she served as an Administrative Assistant to New York State Senator, Franz Leichter.
Edward B. Reynolds, Jr.:
Edward B. Reynolds, Jr. works in the Banking, Commercial Transactions and Real Estate Department. Mr. Reynolds handles all areas of business and corporate law, including banking, structured finance, real estate, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, incorporation, licensing and bankruptcy.
Reynolds holds a bachelor's degree from Hobart College in Geneva, N.Y., and a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law, New York City, and received a master's degree in International Law from the University of London, England. Reynolds was admitted to the Bar in New York State in 1984; Washington D.C., in 1986; and Florida and the Virgin Islands in 1993. He is a member of the bar associations of New York State, New York County, District of Columbia, Florida and the Virgin Islands.
Douglas Beach:
A native of Kansas City, Missouri, Douglas C. Beach was admitted to the Kansas Bar in 1980 and the Virgin Islands Bar in 1994. He holds a bachelor's degree from Pittsburgh State University, Pittsburgh, Kansas and a J.D. from Washburn University School of Law, Topeka, Kansas.
Beach has practiced all phases of litigations in both local and federal courts in Kansas and the Virgin Islands. His practice has focused on environmental law, product liability, aviation, civil rights, personal injury defense and commercial litigation. For seven years he was a partner in the law firm of Beach & Hanson in Kansas City before moving to the Caribbean.
Carol Ann Rich:
Carol Ann Rich, of counsel, joined the firm in November 2004 after 18 years as a practicing attorney in the Virgin Islands and 15 years as a partner at Campbell, Arellano & Rich. Rich received her J.D., magna cum laude from Wayne State University. She is admitted to practice in Michigan (1981), Florida (1984) and the Virgin Islands (1986).
In her 18 years of practice in the Virgin Islands, Rich has specialized in complex commercial litigation, appeals and business bankrupty/reorganizations and workouts. In 1999, Rich acted as Moderator, panel speaker and coordinator, along with the Honorable Marjorie Rendell, Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the Honorable Joseph Cosetti, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge, and the Honorable David Butler, U.S. Trustee for Region 21, for the Bankruptcy Basics Seminar, a program designed to make the bankruptcy process more accessible and understandable to the Bar and the VI financial and business community. Rich has been a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the nation's largest organization of insolvency professionals, since 1999.
Rich served as a member of the VI Committee of Bar Examiners from 1989 1992, and as Chair of the Committee on Continuing Legal Education from 1994 1996.
Louis D. Flori:
Louis D. Flori concentrates in corporate, commercial transactions and real estate law. Flori was admitted to the Virgin Islands Bar in 2000 and the New York Bar in 2002. He received his bachelor's of science in business administration, summa cum laude, from the University of Maine, Augusta and his J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law. Mr. Flori also studied comparative legal and economic systems at the University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong 1997 and the University of Buckingham, Buckingham, England 1998. Mr. Flori served in the U.S. Army, principally with the 6th Cavalry Brigade - Air Combat. Mr. Flori is a member of the business law and international law sections of the ABA and the real estate section of the New York State Bar Association.

G. Alan Teague:
G. Alan Teague received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Louisiana Tech University in 1990 and his J.D. from Louisiana State University in 1997. He is licensed to practice law in Louisiana (1997), Florida (1999), and the U.S. Virgin Islands (2004), as well as the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana (2000).
His current practice is in the fields of personal injury, commercial and insurance defense litigation. Before joining Dudley Clark & Chan, LLP, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Patricia D. Steele of the Territorial Court of the Virgin Islands, Division of St. Croix (1998-2000). Thereafter, he was a civil litigation associate for a large New Orleans based law firm, with his practice focusing primarily on maritime and insurance defense matters in both local and federal courts.
William J. Glore:
William Glore was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 1997 and the U.S. Virgin Islands Bar, District Court of the Virgin Islands, and Territorial Court of the Virgin Islands, in 1998. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Glore served as law clerk to then Chief Judge Thomas K. Moore of the District Court of the Virgin Islands (1997-1998). Prior to entering the law, Mr. Glore served as an officer in the United States Army and for ten years was legislative director for a member of Congress. Mr. Glore is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi (B.S. Criminal Justice, 1980; M.S. Political Science, 1982) and the American University-Washington College of Law (J.D., cum laude 1995) where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and was selected to the Order of Barristers in 1995. His current practice is in the fields of insurance coverage and defense, real estate/ banking litigation, and general litigation. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute and serves on the Insurance Law, Appellate Advocacy and Trial Advocacy & Workers' Compensation Committees.
Sharmane Davis-Brathwaite:
Sharmane Davis-Brathwaite received her Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in English and a minor in Political Science from Allegheny College in 1991. She received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 1994, where she'd worked as both a Legal Practice Teaching Assistant and a Research Assistant. In 1995, Ms. Davis-Brathwaite was admitted to both the Virgin Isalnds Bar and the Massachusetts Bar. She is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She is a member of the Virgin Islands Bar Association serving on the Continuing Education Committee in 2006, and as Chairman of the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee in 2003-2004. Ms. Davis-Brathwaite was a Legal Advisor for the 3rd, 6th and 7th Annual Virgin Islands High School Appellate Moot Court Competitions.
Ms. Davis-Brathwaite has been a civil litigator in the Virgin Islands since 1994, focusing on the defense of personal injury and employment law matters. From 2001-2004, Ms. Davis-Brathwaite worked as an in-house attorney at the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority where she was appointed Acting General Counsel from August 2003 through February 2004.
E. Geoffrey Wolfe:
E. Geoffrey Wolfe received his Bachelor of Business Administration with a second major in French (1992) and his Bachelor of Arts (1996) from Roanoke College in Salem, Virginia. He received his Master of Arts from Miami University-Ohio (1997); and his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law and Beason School of Business (2000). Mr. Wolfe is a member of the Georgia Bar and the Virgin Islands Bar and currently serves as a member of the Virgin Islands Bar’s Committee on Public Education and the Law.
Mr. Wolfe practices in the areas of commercial and insurance defense litigation, labor relations, and employment law. Before joining Dudley Clark & Chan, LLP, Mr. Wolfe worked as an associate attorney in commercial and personal injury litigation in St. Thomas (2006-2008) and in insurance defense litigation in St. Croix (2005-2006). Prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Wolfe worked as a small business consultant (2003-2005) and as a full time professor of Business Management at Roanoke College where he taught courses in business law, business ethics, entrepreneurship, and organizational behavior (2001- 2003). While in law school, Mr. Wolfe worked as a law clerk for in-house counsel of an international publishing company headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Wolfe worked as an account manager for a major transportation company in Atlanta, Georgia.
