Senior Partner Adriane J. Dudley handles labor matters, civil litigation and government relations. Dudley negotiates for management with labor unions, prepares employee policy and benefits manuals, litigates employment law matters and counsels clients on their relations with the Virgin Islands government. She also serves as an arbitrator and mediator. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Simmons College and received her J.D. in 1972 from Northeastern University School of Law. Dudley is a member of the Virgin Islands Bar, the Massachusetts Bar, the American Bar Association and the American Arbitration Association. From 1996 to 1999, Dudley was a member of the American Bar Association's Board of Governors.
